A new report has shown a rise in flexible office spaces becoming available as more businesses seek to benefit from the resilience and savings that a flexible workspace can bring.
A boom in demand has led to a 42% year-on-year increase in flexible office spaces opening in central London in 2018.
It also found that ever-growing competition has caused prices to fall dramatically. With an average rate of £895 over the last five years, Knightsbridge remains one of the priciest parts of central London for office spaces.
Nevertheless, it saw prices drop by 38% between 2014 and 2018.
