Renowned chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias is set to open his debut London restaurant on October 10th 2019, at The Standard in King’s Cross. Named Decimo, the restaurant takes its inspiration from Spanish and Mexican flavours, with a bold menu which includes a tortilla topped with caviar, lobster and quail with a mole glaze.

Decimo will be able to seat 114 covers and is situated on the tenth floor, with floor to ceiling windows providing stunning panoramic views for diners. The drinks menu is also impressive, featuring Spanish and Latin American wines as well as a range of spirits and rare mezcals.
