Spoke & Stringer are looking to open a second restaurant and activewear shop in Bristol. They will be taking over a space that was once home to an ethical chicken restaurant, but which has been left empty after the restaurant’s closure in February.

The shop is intended to sell products by ethically-minded brands in the cycling and surf arenas, with the food in the restaurant focused on healthy options, with plenty of fresh vegetables.

The area is popular during the day, and so this is when the company intends to make the most of their potential customers by concentrating on keeping their doors open.
