North Sands Business Centre, Sunderland

Bring a little colour to your working day at the North Sands Business Centre. The exterior of our modern business venue is unapologetically nautical-themed, the building being on an old shipyard site. Several of our windows are tinted with shades of blue to represent waves, and the building’s facade is a nod to the front of a ship.

We’re proud of our roots, and with the River Wear, the docks and the North Sea all in close proximity, the nautical theme is very apt. We have four meeting rooms with interactive TVs, fast WiFi, projectors and complimentary refreshments.

Our venue is opposite the National Glass Works Centre and the university, with the A183 connecting the A1018 over the river, leading to Sunderland city centre. We have plenty of free car parking, with security systems in place for peace of mind. If you need secretarial support, take advantage of our venue’s admin services, including faxing and photocopying. The centre of Sunderland is within easy access, giving clients some of the best nightlife and shopping outlets in the north east.
