How much car parking is there? If no car parking, what options are there close by?

Yes, we have on-site car park spaces available – subject to availability. Alternatively, there is off road parking nearby or a public car park opposite.

How many meeting rooms do you have and what sizes are they?

Two private meeting rooms, one can accommodate 16, the other 10 – we usually provide 6 hours of complimentary usage per calendar month per occupier. We also have 3x 4-person booths/tables and 2x 1 person booths in the communal lounge which the clients can use free of charge.

What sizes of offices do you have?

We have a variety of sizes available – please call for availability.

Is it easy to move up to different sized offices?

Yes, we will allow the occupier to relocate to a larger suite during their contract term, subject to availability.

What is the best part about W2?

W2 is an amazing centre, we had the communal lounge refurbished last year, to create additional break out space for our clients. The space now has meeting booths and pods for the client to utilise.

The centre is modern and has a great atmosphere. We have wonderful occupiers; we regularly arrange networking events to help occupiers to socialise.

The offices in W2 are very spacious and have lots of natural light. We also have an on-site gym which clients can use free of charge, as well as on site shower facilities and bike storage.

It’s a ten-minute walk to the city centre, and there are coffee shops and restaurants close by.  In general, it’s a great place to work!
