Knightsbridge office space prices drop 38% in 5 years
Flexible working is quickly becoming the rising model of office work in the UK. Increasingly, workers are looking for coworking spaces where the people they share an office is not dictated by which company they work for, but by the people they choose to socialise and work alongside.
All across London prices for these spaces have dropped. Even in Knightsbridge, the most expensive area of London for office space in the last five years, there has been a drop rate of around 38%.
An area that has traditionally been out of reach for most workers is now accessible as a result of this new working pattern.
