London Flexible workspace sector is booming
London has one of the most dynamic flexible workspace markets in the world, which has led to stiff competition.
With around 1,400 flexible workspace operators in the UK capital, providers can no longer compete solely on price and are having to find more and more ways to set themselves apart and offer something unique and innovative.
Unique ways flexible workspaces are making themselves different:

- Dog friendly
- Artisan coffee
- Concierge services
- Free Yoga
As an estimated 4.5 million new businesses are expected to start up in the coming decade, demand for flexible workspace is growing.
Operators will need to tread a fine line between offering something ‘different’ and becoming too niche, as more people move away from conventional office space.
