Manchester Mayfield to get new 12-storey office building
There are plans afoot for a new 12 storey office building to be added to Mayfield’s Baring Street Campus.
The campus is planned to be sat next to Manchester Piccadilly station and will be part of a billion-pound development of the site.
As well as multi-use office buildings, the site is intended to have space for exhibitions and conventions. There is also expected to be a new car parking space created, capable of holding several hundred cars over multiple storeys.
There are also plans to expand the site to include a 650 bedroom hotel and over 1000 homes, as well as even more office and leisure space.
