Cheadle is an urban village located 7 miles south of Manchester. It falls in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport along with other notable commuter towns such as Cheadle Hulme, Gatley and East Didsbury. The area benefits from being within 30 minutes of Manchester city centre and just 11 minutes from Manchester Airport.
Cheadle itself doesn’t have a railway station but it’s within walking distance of Heald Green, Gatley and East Didsbury stations which provide access to Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport, Altrincham and Stockport. The area can also be easily accessed from junction 2 and 3 of the M60 orbital motorway.
Office space in Cheadle is located in one of the many business parks located close to the A34 and M60. These provide a mix of accommodation from self-contained HQ style office buildings to multi-tenanted business centres. The local economy is mostly centred around the service industry with many finance, legal and technology companies based here.
