New £1m Serviced Offices to Open in Nottingham September 2020
Workers poised to move into Fenchurch House, a new office development in Nottingham city centre, will be lucky enough to enjoy free beer and coffee on tap in only a few months’ time.
The amazing £1m development on King Street, situated just above a Zizzi restaurant in a building called Fenchurch House, boasts a host of cutting-edge features tailored for modern professionals. As well as offering a mix of private offices and co-working spaces, the building will include a whole floor dedicated to communal working.
Free beer?
To top it off, this space will benefit from an on-site barista and beer on tap, giving members access to a free flow of coffee and beer to stimulate the mind and facilitate social downtime as and when the need arises.
Of course, the beer will be restricted to certain hours of the day to ensure that productivity remains at high levels. However, it is a perk that will make it very easy for colleagues to celebrate promotions or other successes, or simply to get to know each other a little bit better after a hard day of work.
If that weren’t enough, membership for Fenchurch House covers the cost of expenses such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and internet access, making it easy for small businesses and entrepreneurs to do their budgeting every month.
Naturally, the development will be implementing a number of safety measures upon opening and for the foreseeable future to protect workers throughout the coronavirus pandemic. This will include a one-way system, the installation of several hand sanitiser stations, and a team of on-site cleaners.
A sister site in Derby opened at the beginning of 2020, with plans in the pipeline to open offices in Sheffield. Tenants of the Derby site have so far been very happy with the company, noting that they have gone out of their way to make workers feel safe throughout the pandemic.
